So, with our taxes we got the 1st time homebuyer credit of $7500! Yay, we get to fix up the house a bit! Soo.....we just got an AWESOME bid for re-siding the house and we should be doing that in the next month! SO EXCITED! I HATE the siding on our house and it needs to go.
